When using this respirator, it is crucial to breathe through your mouth; inhaling through your nose will render it ineffective. To ensure proper functionality, follow these steps: Step 1: Print the mouth guard, cap, and three filters, choosing between those with holes or slots to determine which will filter out particles more efficiently. Step 2: Insert the filter disks into the provided chamber attached to the mouth guard. Optionally, cut a mask into squares or circles and place it in the chamber for added protection. Step 3: Place the cap on and thoroughly wash the mouth piece with a toothbrush to maintain hygiene and extend its lifespan. Step 4: Store the respirator safely, as it is slightly fragile; however, cutting it into filters can multiply its uses and extend its life.
