#COVID-19 MontanaMask 3D Printed Silicone Mold Modeled after the MontanaMask, find more information at www.makethemasks.com. #UNTESTED AS OF YET* This mold is a two-part design that should be printable in 3D. Once printed, you can use skin-safe silicone to create soft, comfortable masks with replaceable filters. You will need to print both parts of the mold and insert 5MM pins into holes for alignment. Mix the silicone according to the manufacturer's recommendations, pour it into the A mold, close it, and clamp it down. Clean up any excess or add more to fill in the hole at the end of the mold. Drill holes in the strap locations for attachments. Print one grid.stl (from PLA or ABS) for each silicone mask you make. The mold has 4-degree draft angles for good silicone release, and a durometer rating of 20-25 is recommended. A STL file for just the mask itself is included. #WARNING: VERY LONG PRINT TIME* Current Version: V8 Designed in F360. Please do not ask for original files.
