We've added a hook to our design that makes it easy to add a rubber band, allowing the face shield to fit snugly on even smaller heads. On February 5th, we took advantage of laser cutting technology to create the face shield frame and glasses with a transparency film. This innovation is helping healthcare workers and anyone else who wants to protect themselves from COVID-19 stay safe. Cutting out a frame takes about two minutes, which is much faster than 3D printing it. Recommended materials include: A 2mm thick acrylic plate for the frame Transparency film with a thickness of 0.1 to 0.3 mm (Polyester film) that fits comfortably on the glasses
