I'm really grateful to @lafactoria3d & @gportelli for their awesome masks. I made some key changes, including a screwable filter connector that fits the TOYO RS2 filter perfectly - you can get it here https://amzn.to/3cwAn3y. I also added a thick gasket around the frame and another valve for air intake; I use a 3M membrane, available at https://amzn.to/2RW93UC. To make the design more functional, I increased the belt loop size. I printed the main body using TPU and only one support for the front of the gasket part. The rest of the parts can be printed with PETG or PLA, but the filter connector may require some additional support. UPDATE: 2020-04-21 - I've uploaded a larger version (M size) of this design with a main body length of 98mm.
