UPDATE: 2020.5.3: Added a small size main body for child (85mm) Think this is my final designed mask, it nearly good enough for my family. It based on my last one (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4312530) The belt loop and main body is separated, so main body can be much more easier to print. What to print Main body (TPU) Filter connector (PETG) Filter Cover (PETG) Valve body (PETG) Valve cover (PETG) Head band (TPU) Belt loop X2 (left & right) (TPU) What you need extra 3M valve membrane for 6500ql/6000 (https://amzn.to/3aTXyDv) TOYOSAFTY RS2 filter (dim 74mm) Two lunch/bento box belt About filter For this mask, I used one RS2 level filter made by TOYOSAFTY. RS2/DS2 is nearly same as N95. N95 is USA Standard and DS2/RS2 is Japanese Standard, both of their filtration rate is 95％ or more. This mask need two of them, and one of them need to be cut as dim 18mm for out-way valve. but you can make one on your own with the material you prefer.
