I am remixing COVID-19 MASK v2 (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4225667) in a wider/thicker version with an opening to fit the exhalation valve by OSR (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4253477). The valve body is carefully positioned for a tight press fit into the wall, requiring secure sealing with superglue or adhesive. For the valve disc, I employed a diashwashing glove (heavy reusable kind, not disposable) as an ideal choice. A US nickel serves perfectly as a template for cutting. It's highly recommended that you avoid gluing the cap of the valve on, allowing for easy replacement of the seal material if needed.
