I made some significant modifications to the Montana Mask System - SchnozMod that I found here on GrabCAD. The changes are based on the innovative Montana mask scheme from makethemasks.com. To simplify filter replacement, I added a convenient section on the front of the mask that accommodates the 3M 5N11 filter. This way, users can replace filters without having to reach around to the back or inside of the mask where they breathe directly. Additionally, I increased the perimeter of the mask to allow for an adhesive foam strip that tightens the seal between the mask and the user's face, making it more comfortable to wear. The elastic clip is inspired by ODU's design and enables users to easily tighten and loosen the fit. I welcome you to make this mask, provide feedback, and suggest changes. I'm excited to see how others will use and modify it. As a recent Bachelor of Engineering graduate with a passion for CAD, I'm eager to learn from this community and contribute my skills.
