1. Ensure your Tig Rod is precisely matched to the bore size, requiring either 2.4mm or its imperial equivalent. If the rod is undersized, enlarge it with a drill; if oversized, secure it using glue. 2. Assemble all components onto the straight TIG Rod. 3. Curve the assembly around an object approximately 100mm (or 4 inches) in diameter and fine-tune to your desired shape. 4. Insert a transparent sheet, such as those used for overhead projectors, and punch two holes on each side to secure it in place, adhering to the dimensions shown in the third image.
