This face shield is based on the Prusa RC3 design. To make it work, two key changes need to be made: reducing the height from 20mm to 13mm and curving the hooks into a more comfortable shape. The punch holes are created using standard hole punches, with a spacing of 0.3mm between each one. As a result, we recommend printing at a layer height of 0.3mm for optimal results. In regions that use US Letter paper format (8 1/2 by 11 inches or 220 by 280 mm), the three-hole standard is widely accepted in the United States, Canada, and parts of Mexico and the Philippines. The holes are positioned symmetrically, with centers exactly 4 1/4 inches (108 mm) apart.
