We revamped the face shield to be manufactured in snap-fit components, effectively allowing for maximum utilization of the build plate space and a substantial increase in production output. To date, nearly 100 units have been printed with outstanding feedback, showcasing their durability and versatility - they can be easily disassembled and reassembled while also accommodating multiple color schemes. Our design team leveraged existing types of PETG and PLA materials on hand to streamline the process.
