This redesigned face-shield assembly streamlines production by leveraging widely available US materials. The "Clear Easy View Plastic Dividers; Avery 16741" can be easily sourced at local office supply stores, replacing the original design from PRUSA. A quick print of approximately two hours is all it takes to assemble this shield, which can be secured with hair ties, headbands, or elastic bands for a snug fit. When printed in PLA, the plastic component can be discarded and sanitized with Isopropyl Alcohol, making it reusable. This modified design eliminates the need for pre-made face-shields, significantly reducing the hassle of procurement and assembly. Three-hole plastic dividers simplify production, allowing first responders and medical professionals to access essential PPE more efficiently.
