I designed a COVID-19 face shield visor extender specifically for headlamps after printing hundreds of PRUSA face shields to donate. A dentist approached me with a request to create a face shield that could be extended outward, allowing him to wear a headlamp and magnification optics while working. This extender attaches securely to a standard PRUSA face shield (designed for the US market) and provides an additional 70mm of space.
