After numerous attempts at redesigning and testing, I've finally come up with a practical visor that I believe is quite effective. It features a two-piece design specifically tailored to hold standard 3-hole transparency film. To achieve this, I utilized the elasticity of the filament so the outer piece can be securely clamped into the inner piece, effectively holding the transparency film in place. I made a concerted effort to replicate the curvature of sunglasses on the front piece, aiming to create a more natural feel. The plugs on both pieces ensure they lock into each other snugly, providing a secure fit. Additionally, I incorporated an inclined surface on the back side of the inner piece, allowing it to rest comfortably against the forehead when worn. However, an elastic may be necessary at the back ends of the visor for some individuals to achieve a secure fit. The visor is reusable, with simple disassembly and cleaning required after each use - just wash it with soap and water.
