!!!Rotate File Flat on Bed!!! V3 Updates: The model now prints faster and is more durable, with improved stack separation that's much easier. This has been achieved by removing extra arms and reverting to a design closer to the 3D Verkstan design. Assembly Instructions: https://youtu.be/g1mQ075N6h8 Spacer files ensure accurate hole spacing in transparency films when they're punched. This face shield uses two sets of hole punches to hold a transparency film or clear plastic to the frame. The shield is a hybrid remix of the Prusa Rc3 (https://www.prusaprinters.org/prints/25857-prusa-protective-face-shield-rc2) and the 3D Verkstan protective visor (https://3dverkstan.se/protective-visor/) shields, incorporating the best elements from both based on feedback from doctors using them. Improvements from RC3: Top section now covered to prevent droplets from entering from above Faster print time and less material usage More reliable transparency retention system Does not require elastic band to hold shield on head Can be made with a standard 3-hole puncher instead of custom-cut plastic sheet Improvements from 3D Verkstan: Additional space for safety goggles in the front (30mm) Easier assembly due to larger tolerances on transparency pegs This shield is currently being tested in some hospitals.
