COVID-19 Face Shield

COVID-19 Face Shield

I updated this version after using the Sweden version for a while. It worked well, but some doctors pointed out a few minor things that could be improved. I made several revisions and tested it until everyone was satisfied. This version uses the same spacing as the Sweden version for punching holes with a 3-hole punch in the transparency sheet. Instead of explaining how to make face shields with a hole punch here, I'll just provide this link from the original version: https://3dverkstan.se/protective-visor/protective-visor-versions/\r\n\r\nPrint these at any layer height you want, but be sure to set your layer width to .50mm and 5 shells or perimeters depending on your slicer. You don't need any infill.\r\n\r\nI added a gcode to print three of them on the Eryone Thinker-S. It also works well on my CR10 and probably other 300x300 printers. This printer prints at 100mm/s, so if your printer can't handle it, just reduce the feedrate to 80%\r\n\r\nI've added a version with no raised top for faster printing, but you may find that wearing it is slightly more comfortable with the raised top.
