Hello, As a doctor, we are facing a dire shortage of protective devices everywhere. Healthcare professionals in confinement looking for a meaningful project to support their local hospital can now create and donate these vital shields. Simply print out the template once and use it to cut the screen out of A4 plastic sheets (180-250 microns work perfectly). The same material is commonly used to cover books, making this process straightforward. The supports fit snugly into the holes of the screen, as shown in the accompanying pictures. An engineer kindly provided STL files for printing the supports in batches of 5, 10, or 20. These files are now available here. Alternatively, you can print two supports on a Prusa 20x20 print bed.
