To ensure a proper fit, it's recommended to resize the gasket to 105% when printing, as the mask body has been scaled up by this percentage. The flexibility of the TPU material makes it ideal for printing the gasket, which should be resized to match the increased size of the mask body. Alternatively, you can print the gasket without resizing and achieve a good seal without it. To enhance the fit, dip the mask body in water at around 150 degrees Fahrenheit until it becomes pliable enough to mold to your face. This will allow for a more secure and comfortable seal. One possible modification could be adding a valve that allows for filtered air to be released, reducing the risk of hot moist air entering the filters.
