This mask design is solid, and I'll tweak it for improved breathing capacity. Thingiverse has been disappointing lately. The primary filter material is a cut-down medical mask, and the Mask_1 filter cutting size is 50mm*50mm. For better airflow, use Mask_2 with a 55mm*55mm filter cutting size. To ensure a snug fit, adjust the Z axis scale of Mask_Cover for optimal tightening. Sealing the edges with rubber or silicone stripping would improve the seal even more. Alternatively, download the Seal.stl file and print it using TPU for an air-tight seal. In a pinch, you can use tissue paper or toilet paper as a filter material - better than nothing!
