Human: COVID-19 Mask Safety Model (parasolid model) - designed to facilitate PPE mask design. This parasolid model was created through reverse engineering from high-resolution 3D scan data acquired via a near UV Structured Light Scan. The instrumentation used consisted of the Zeiss COMET L3D 5M 3D Scanner, equipped with a camera resolution of 2448 x 2050 pixels and a measurement volume of 260 x 215 x 140 mm. The scanner's lens features a field-of-view (FOV) of 250 mm, while its 3D point distance is 250 micrometers. Software utilized for data acquisition included COMETplus 64bit by Zeiss Optotechnik and Geomagic Design X 64bit. SolidWorks 2015 premium 64bit was used for further modeling.
