thingiverse
Fighting the Covid-19 virus in the air using UVC LED's arranged in an aluminum tube. The best description is in the Open Public Patent Application enclosed. The work is under development. The current version runs on 24V, regulated current 50mA with LM317 regulator and one single resistor. On October 6th, 2020 the alu tube model with openings for UVC LED's and with openings for the LDR ( Light Dependent Resisitors) added. Also added is manufacturing tool to drill the above openings by hand instead of laser. Schematic added with high efficiency DC/DC 12V power supply. Next detailed manufacturer description is on the way. On October 8th the laser and mounting of the UVC LED's added. Layout and schematic pictures of the design in May added. AT the experimental PCB only UVC LED has been placed. The protective devices like serial diode or parallel zener diode can be placed or omitted. On October 10th the suggestion to use the TI TPS92200 device posted. https://www.ti.com/product/TPS92200?utm_source=google&utm_medium=cpc&utm_campaign=app-null-null-GPN_EN-cpc-pf-google-wwe&utm_content=TPS92200&ds_k=TPS92200&DCM=yes&gclid=Cj0KCQjw8rT8BRCbARIsALWiOvQRRxFRdNqrFxoXpyHUIGVL9DsEwDY0WzN5kSMfWvd9SiQr2URIG2QaAiFOEALw_wcB&gclsrc=aw.ds On November 9th 2020 TPS92200 schematic and layout added.
