I designed another remix of the 3D Verkstan face shield, ready for printing in neat stacks. This design is tailored to work seamlessly with a .8mm nozzle and a layer height of just .36mm. With precise print settings, you should be able to carefully pull the parts apart by hand or with minimal effort using a paint scraper. I've discovered that I can consistently produce about half an hour per frame with remarkably little loss in quality.
