Print settings recommendations: Layer height: 0.2 Line width: 0.4 supports: yes Support z distance: 0.2 Bridge settings: Enabled skin overlap/infill overlap: 50-100% Material for covers: Any Material for ducts. Anything but PLA. (PLA might be ok too, at least for a while but not sure how long it would last concidering the low heat resistance. For the ducts: From a functionality perspective, it would be best to print them with the holes for the screws oriented horizontally. Also use standard generated supports but make sure there are no supports inside the airchannels, Either with the setting supports on buildplate only or with support blockers. The "ceiling" inside the airchannels will be 100% overhang/bridge so make sure there is enough overlap for the start/end of the bridge by increasing the "skin overlap" setting in Cura or "Infill overlap" in Prusaslicer to 50-100%. Print 100% overhangs/bridges very slow if possible in your slicer. so that the supports are easier to remove. The covers are easier. Just lay them flat on the buildplate, use standard supports and support blockers for all holes. As always: Print 100% overhangs/bridges very slow if possible in your slicer. so that the supports are easier to remove.
