The following information is intended solely for individuals with electrical expertise. No liability will be assumed for any damages resulting from this! To protect existing battery holders from impact damage, I designed a cover to prevent cells from falling out. However, the "high-quality" battery clip I purchased was subpar and had thin cables. I decided to create my own clip using an old 9V battery. I soldered the cable outlet (2x 0.75mm²) to shortened contacts and secured it with a cable tie (<a href="https://www.reichelt.de/cable-ties-uv-black-100x2-5-mm-pack-of-100-kab-u-100-2-5-p24764.html?&trstct=pos_9">UV-resistant, black cable ties</a>). A small screwdriver helped to install the tie in the cover - a bit tricky. On the other end of the cable, I soldered a DC-plug (<a href="https://www.reichelt.de/dc-power-plug-straight-i-2-1-mm-a-5-5-mm-lum-nes-21-p116240.html?r=1">DC power plug</a>) that fits into my devices. To secure the battery holder in the cover, I stretched an office rubber band around the lower edge of the cells. The result is a beautifully crafted power bank with approximately 12 volts (dependent on the cell used). 73 es 55 de DH1ND
