This LED power supply, purchased from eBay, fits perfectly under my Prusa 3D printer and has enough power for the heated bed. The model name is "DC 12V 20A 240W Switching Power Supply Driver for LED Strip 220V AC," with dimensions of 19.8cm x 10.9cm x 5cm. I repurposed the switch and power connector from an old PC power supply (RSonline part numbers: 440-6979 and 488-191). The original cover design has a switch, power connector, strain relief, and multiple tie wrap attachment holes. To assemble, print the cover with 1 perimeter and 60% rectilinear infill at 0.4mm layer height. Remove small supports, insert m3 nuts into nut traps, prepare tie wraps for cable fixation, solder wires to switch and power connector, attach cables to power supply, slide cables through cover hole, secure power connector, install cover with hook and screws, and fasten the connector with a tie wrap. The provided STL and Autodesk Inventor files allow for customizations. If you have suggestions for improving tie wrap installation, please share.
