This is a cover to protect the front panel, especially the knobs, of a YouKits HB1B Mark 4 transceiver. These are small low power transceivers that have been popular for some time. The knobs protrude from their case and can be badly damaged when carried. A simple Velcro strap can hold the cover onto the HB1B thus protecting the knobs. In addition the cover also protects the sides to prevent debris from entering through the other sockets on the sides of the radio.
