This cover is designed specifically for Seagate 5.25" MFM/RLL hard drives. I've personally tested it on a ST-251-1 and can confirm that it fits seamlessly. To clarify, this custom-made cover isn't a direct replica of an original one, but rather created from photographs taken of the real thing. One minor detail to note is that you'll need to apply some green transparent glue or plastic to the LED cutout area for a complete look.
