I recently had to deal with my old POS system, which unfortunately stopped working due to a crack in its case. Although I'm not sure if this was the actual cause, I decided to take precautions when shipping it back and avoid potential charges for damage. To do this, I found a cover somewhere online (I wish I could remember which site I got it from) and managed to make some modifications to accommodate my Ingenico device inside. Luckily, the new POS system they shipped out wasn't charged for the damage, even though it was already in the cover when it arrived. However, as expected, the plastic quality is quite bad and the new device developed a crack over time. This design is an upgraded version of the previous one, where I've optimized the dimensions to fit snugly on both sides while still being tall enough to house the thickness of the POS system. Additionally, I made a larger slot for the card reader and filled in a hole that wasn't needed on one side.
