Cover for Ender 3 printer
thingiverse
As I couldn't find something to cover the printer in its (few) moments of resting I decided to go for my own design and also learn some Fusion 360 in the meantime. The skeleton for this cover is splitted in pieces so that all can be printed on the Ender 3 Pro default printing area, but some require the "no Skirt" option to fit to the heatbed. All the cuts are marked with a letter so there should not be room for errors during the assembly process. Putting all the pieces together needs a lot of gluing, I used Bison Plastic Adhesive, and I went for 2 mm thick plexiglass. The whole making process requires a lot of time, but overall I'm happy with the result and I think it's worth the time.
