Cover for CSL card reader
thingiverse
I'm upgrading the front cover of my computer's 3.5 inch card reader. The original cheap card reader from Amazon (brand CSL) had a flimsy tab that constantly fell out, so I designed a replacement using TinkerCAD. My Geeetech Prusa i3 clone is still being calibrated, which means the result isn't perfect yet, but it gets the job done. **2017/08/13 UPDATE**: I've since refined the design with rounded corners and labels for each connector. While rounded corners are a nice touch, the text on my current printer (0.4 mm nozzle, 0.15 layer height) is too small to read easily. In future versions, I might remove the labels or offer two versions - one with labels for those with better printers.
