Cover plate to hide unused hose outlets for central vacuum cleaner. Designed to fit the size and hole pattern for outlets made by "Plastiflex" fitted to an old Beam System vacuum cleaner installation. May fit other models as well. The size of the cover is 124 x 80 mm and the holes are vertically centered with a distance of 98 mm.
