Archimedes compressor design no piston compressor exists without linear motion. This unique design generates 12% less heat compared to a traditional piston compressor. The ventilator features a compact and efficient mechanical design with electrical control. Outside air passes through a multi-stage inlet equipped with a Sterilizing Tungsten coil that disinfects the entire system. The compressed air is then compressed to the required level of 100-150psig in a single stage. This pressurized air is mixed with medical oxygen and humidified before exiting the system via a one-way valve into the patient's lungs. The system actively monitors and adjusts itself based on exhaled air from the lungs, utilizing a timer design. In addition, it prevents failure by triggering an alarm through the circuit breaker when the ball fails to move for more than 5 seconds during operation.
