I endeavoured to construct a patio design for a compact condo courtyard, marking my second attempt. My concept included a pergola with standard stone and wood components, incorporating galvanized metal tubing. Unfortunately, due to restrictive condo association guidelines, we couldn't proceed. These rules stipulate that nothing can be permanently placed within 3 feet of a neighbour's property line. This design was my response to overcoming this challenge, hoping it serves as inspiration for others.
