Rapid assembly and disassembly system for air extractor tube on my printer box. Everything is printed with a 0.8mm nozzle in m-abs clear Neofil material. Only the circlips are made of PLA plastic. Drill holes for balls with a 6mm drill bit from the outside, being careful not to go all the way through (~0.2mm from the end), as there is a stopper block to prevent them from falling, then clean up the rest with a 5.5mm drill bit (actual diameter is 5.7, but these are less common). Drill holes for fixing diameters of 4mm. Clean and smooth out printed parts with a sponge sander to avoid blockages. Internal tube diameter: ~85mm x16 airsoft balls 6mm x4 M4 screws + nuts and washers 2 tightening collars
