"Couples Therapy" geocache
thingiverse
Here's the STL file and OpenSCAD source code for the GC7DDNV "Couples Therapy" geocache. There are four holes on each side of this geocache, plus a single hole at the bottom. To retrieve the log container, you have to cover all these holes with your fingers first, then pour water into the top so that it floats up. You'll need at least two people for this, but some clever folks have managed to get away without them using tape or stickers. Two files are included - plain and flat versions. The plain version has a curved shape on its mounting ears, allowing it to fit snugly against a 12" wooden power pole without bending the ears. If you'd rather attach it to a flat surface instead, go for the flat version. I highly recommend using ABS or PETG to print this cache - PLA won't cut it outdoors. My first cache turned brittle and cracked after a short time in the elements, so be sure to choose wisely!
