Here's how you can easily slice sausage for an appetizer!!! To use the blade, I recommend checking out this product: https://www.leroymerlin.fr/v3/p/produits/lot-de-10-lames-de-couteau-trapeze-dexter-e53071 Position the blade in its place and press it firmly against a hard surface to make sure it's securely locked. It's better to be safe than sorry, so don't press the blade with your hand!!! It's definitely possible to make some adjustments, but it works perfectly as is. Good cutting to everyone! [UPDATE] 12.11.2017 - I've changed the position of the blade after f2knpw mentioned it in a comment. - For those who want to do so, you can position the blade using three magnets (4mm diameter x 3mm long) and secure the blade with one D2mm screw (4mm long). - I added a safety feature at the beginning of the cutting motion to prevent the moving element from coming out of the track. To remove it, simply lift the moving element. If you have any other comments or suggestions, please let me know.
