Country House MATERIALS Materials Are Prepared For ART Render Engine As It's Built In Autodesk PBR Materials . FBX Files Have Only Basic Materials And Will Not Render The Same As In Preview Images . OBJ File Has No Materials , But Has UVW Coordinates Intact . SCENE The 3Dmax file has the house with fence and backyard with grass area like in wireframe pictures ( Trees, Flowers, People, Light, Cars, etc. are not included in 3dsMax File ) . Lumion file has all scene with trees and lights , and render setting also people cars with all textures and materials . Models Are Scaled To Proper Real World Dimensions . Scene units are in cm . All Objects , Materials , and Textures are logically named . All transformations have been reset and models are placed at scene origin [ 0, 0, 0 XYZ ] . All texture paths are set to relative . Objects are separated by materials and named accordingly . FILE FORMATS 3DS Max - OBJ - 3DS - STL - FBX - 3MF - LS9 Is Archived With 9 Parts Because It's Above 400mg , and the Uploader in cgTrader Failed To Upload Any File above 50mg . So just download them all in same folder and extract them using winRAR . GENERAL Modeled in 3DS Max.
