Counterwight holder for telescope mounts

I created a simple system for holding dumbbell weights on the counterweight bar of astronomical telescope mounts. This upgrade significantly improves upon using rolls of cardboard that I previously employed. Although it hasn't been put to the test yet, it appears promising. Please note that I make no claims or guarantees about its effectiveness - use at your own risk. The version without a flange is ideal for when I compress my dumbbell weight between two standard Skywatcher weights. I designed the settings to be quite snug, so some fine-tuning through sanding was necessary. Feel free to adjust the settings to suit your needs and desired level of refinement.
