A buddy's trend hinge jig has a frame with holes that are severely worn out by the head where it gets screwed in. A simple washer will prevent any further damage to the aluminum. Built on Fusion 360, this design features a 20mm countersink to hold a 4mm gauge wood screw securely in place.
