Counterflow Chiller Frame
grabcad
This frame is for the rubber/copper counterflow chiller from MoreBeer and allows for the chiller to sit atop the brew kettle lid, locking it in place. The top ring is intentionally left open to allow for hose storage when not in use. The large hole on the base will all a 1.5" tri-clamp fitting to pas through. The legs will be exposed to higher heat, so PETG or ABS is recommended. PLA will suffice for the base and top ring. I recommend printing at .25mm layer height, at least 3 walls (at .4mm), and 30% infill. A brim or raft is also recommended when printing the legs.Hardware required for frame:6x #10 x 0.5" socket cap screws (m5 x 12mm will work too)Rubber feet (tripod feet, furniture feet, etc) with 1/4" or 6mm threads, .75" max thread length
