Counter Pressure Bottle Filler

Counter Pressure Bottle Filler

I want to start by saying that I completely understand that not everyone has access to stainless steel or the tools and know how to work with it. I'm lucky that I do. However, you could still make this out of what ever material you wish. Some nice lumber, stained and sealed (to keep it from growing anything funky) would look great. If you don't know what a counter pressure filler is or how they work, here is a good video showing this style in action. (Not my Video) https://youtu.be/c5i2rLuoWnI The dimensions I used to make the stand are as follows: - Base: 8" x 14" - Upright: 8" x 24" - The upright is set back 7" from the front. I don't have any instructions for assembly. It is best to just grab an empty bottle and fit everything where you like it, don't forget you need room to pull a full bottle off of the filler without tipping the bottle too much. All of my hardware is #8-32 x 1/2" machine screws, you will need 4 to secure the caps on the hose holders, the rest will vary depending on the thickness of the material you build your stand with. The Filler comes with 2: 1/4" hose barbs, I replaced 1 with a 5/16" barb for the gas line. There is a Bill of Materials in the thing files. Everything listed is from Amazon.
