Count Carl Johan Cronstedt (?)
myminifactory
Portraits of artists stand out for their casual attire, with an unfastened shirt and a turban. It remains uncertain who this sculpture is meant to depict. The superintendent, Count Carl Johan Cronstedt, has been proposed as the subject, but it's more probable that this bust represents one of the hired French artists or a self-portrait. The sculpture was crafted by a member of this circle, recruited for the ornamentation of the Royal Palace – perhaps Cousin or his successor Bouchardon. These 3D scans were produced with an Artec Eva to create a digital representation as close to the original as feasible. However, the presented scans should not be considered duplicates due to inaccessible areas and other deviations from the original that may occur.
