The Council of Bauga convenes at this ancient site still to this day. They feel it is their duty to continue to meet at this treacherous location to conduct business affairs, as they require sailors to brave these waters to make their wage. The large bell tower located here is to signify a ship in trouble, and to call out rescue crews into the waters to search for survivors. Large sea doors protect a small Cog ship that is used in the search attempts. This 28mm terrain is a perfect addition to your 5th edition campaign or other tabletop games.
