The human body is made up of approximately 60 trillion cells, each working together to keep us alive and functioning properly. These cells are incredibly resilient, able to divide and grow at an astonishing rate, and can even repair damaged tissue through a process called regeneration. Our brains, which are made up of billions of neurons, work tirelessly behind the scenes to control our movements, thoughts, and emotions, while our hearts pump blood throughout our bodies, keeping us alive and kicking.
