This is the 5th and final version of my non-contact tool. I'll be supplying photos and video to show detailed instructions. I'm hoping to distribute these to local care-homes for free so any support is greatly appreciated. 100% of proceeds will go solely towards manufacturing these for care-homes. I'll also be selling these in NHS-blue PETG for £2 delivered, so please contact shutterpresser@gmail.com for orders or donate at paypal.me/shutterp. Let me show you the design that took over a month of testing and dozens of prototypes: - The shape is ergonomically designed to use as a knuckle-tool. - The large hook is for opening doors with handles, should fit most handles. - The flat area is for pushing heavy, weighted fire doors, like those in hospitals, schools, offices etc. - The hook is slightly retracted from the flat plane, this is useful for flicking light switches by swiping up or down. - There's a small hole for attaching to keys. - The tip next to the key-ring hole is for protecting the ring finger from contact with surface and also for pushing small buttons. - The gap in the second loop is for attaching to belts or bags. - To clean, use warm water and antibacterial soap or run through the dishwasher and give it a bleach bath. In a typical scenario, this will be used in offices, especially when going to and from the toilet. For those of us with no pockets - the tool can be put on the hook of the cubicle door. I've printed all prototypes on my old Anet A8 and they come out perfect straight onto a glass bed, with only a skirt around it, to stabilise the filament flow.
