Cotton pad dispenser designed to fit 50x60mm pads available from MUJI. The dispenser includes a pusher that ensures the dispensing slot remains filled until the last cotton pad is dispensed. To print the dispenser, follow these settings for a standard 0.4mm nozzle: Dispenser Print Settings Print the dispenser upright. Use infill to add strength and stability. Add supports to help the printer navigate complex geometries. Set the line width to 0.3mm for a precise fit. Pusher Print Settings Set the bottom thickness to at least 20mm or higher to increase the pusher's weight and stability. Increase the wall thickness to at least 1.2mm to provide additional support. Use infill with a density of 15% or higher to add strength and durability. After Printing After printing, slowly lower the pusher down into the dispenser using a pencil through the center slot. This will help smooth out any surfaces where it may get stuck. Mounting Options Attach the dispenser to the wall using double-sided tape for easy access. Alternatively, hang the dispenser from a screw for added stability. Mounting at eye level is ideal for convenient use and accessibility.
