This is a real, very high quality 3D model of a two-storey cottage without an interior interior. The model has realistic dimensions and proportions. Different versions of 3ds max are included, as well as FBX, OBJ. Textures and cameras are also in the archives. The model was created in 3ds max 2020. The final images were rendered using Corona. The model contains Corona materials. This file has no protection whatsoever. You can reuse the scene, render settings, lights, materials, but above all, you can learn from the file by navigating through the project, observing how lights were created and processed, how materials are developed, what role each texture plays, their values that populate each parameter.
