A 3D model of a cottage house is provided, accurately sized in feet or inches. The file format is 3ds Max 2009 and features separated layers for easy organization. The design includes only the exterior walls without interior walls. Textures are set up in both V-Ray and Scanline versions, all as diffuse maps. Materials are contained within a single Multi Sub-Object, with preview renders available specifically for 3ds Max 2009 users. The model is exported from the default version of 3ds Max, but a render scene is not included.
