A 3D model of a cottage house at real-world scale, measured in feet and inches, is available as a native 3ds Max 2009 file. The objects are organized by layers, featuring only basic exterior walls with no interior walls. Both Vray and Scanline texture setups are included, all consisting of diffuse maps. The materials are contained within a single Multi Sub-Object, with vray previews available exclusively for the 3ds Max 2009 version. Note that the render scene is not included in this file.
