Assembly Instructions: 1. Begin by precision laser cutting all four loudspeaker enclosure sides. 2. Assemble the sides into a sturdy cabinet, using your preferred adhesive. Enclosure Dimensions: - Top and Bottom Panels: measuring exactly 90mm×100mm - Front and Rear Panels: with precise measurements of 160mm×90mm - Left and Right Side Panels: featuring dimensions of 100mm×150mm Installation of Key Components: 1. Use a precision 3D printed ABS port, expertly inserted into the pre-drilled port hole (having a diameter of 34mm). 2. Secure the driver using four robust M3 screws, threaded through the carefully drilled driver hole (diameter of 68mm). 3. Ensure optimal cable management by routing them neatly through the designated back hole with a precise diameter of 6mm.
