Right and left eyes for making any kind of mask are easily created using basic printing techniques. Editing 1/28/20: a recommended adjustment is reducing the depth to approximately 0.5 inches. If printed as is, an exacto knife can be used to trim it down to size without issues. Further edits to the file are currently being explored.
